Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing listings, or confirming a booking on Wjha (وجهة) via wjhastays.com or our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. The Wjha Platform Role

Wjha provides a peer-to-peer and managed hospitality platform connecting property owners and verified managers ("Hosts") with travelers and vacationers ("Guests"). While Wjha audits and approves listings to ensure quality, the rental contract for occupancy is formed directly between the Host and the Guest.

3. User Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years of age to book or host properties on Wjha.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and OTP login credentials.

4. Payments & Transactions via Paymob

• All electronic payments for booking accommodations are processed securely through our authorized payment partner, Paymob.
• Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) or specified local currencies including taxes and cleaning fees as applicable.
• Payment authorization is secured upon booking confirmation. Hosts receive disbursement following verified guest check-in according to host payout schedules.

5. Guest Conduct & Property Care

• Guests agree to respect the property house rules, occupancy limits, and quiet hours set by the host.
• Guests must leave the property in a clean and undamaged state. Any willful damage or excessive mess may result in deduction or penalty charges.
• Commercial filming, unauthorized large parties, or illegal activities on premises are strictly prohibited.

6. Host Obligations & Listing Accuracy

• Hosts must accurately describe their property, including amenities, exact location, pricing, and house rules.
• Hosts are responsible for honoring confirmed reservations and ensuring the property is clean, safe, and ready for guest arrival.

7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from or relating to the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
